Hello, I’m Hanadi — a Master Personal Trainer, Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and Adjunct Professor of Kinesiology with over two decades of experience in fitness, education, and wellness. I hold a Master’s degree in Physical Training and a deep passion for helping people live healthier, pain-free lives through movement.
I specialize in combining evidence-based physical training with mind-body practices such as Pilates, corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and mobility therapy. Whether I’m working one-on-one or leading a class of 12, my goal is always the same: to empower people to feel strong, balanced, and connected to their bodies.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of teaching at top institutions like American River College, Sierra College, 24 hour fitness ,Lifetime and Club Pilates. I’ve created customized fitness and wellness programs for clients across all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels — from complete beginners to advanced movers.
My journey started in Amman, Jordan, and brought me to California, where I’ve built my own boutique fitness and Pilates studio. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing certifications, exploring everything from biomechanics to brain-based fitness.
I believe movement is medicine — and I’m here to help others move with intention, clarity, and joy.
